Exit Mode for Claude

A read-only business-readiness connector from Exit Mode Ltd. These four tools work without an Exit Mode account:

• Build an exit-readiness plan: a practical 90-day plan for user-confirmed priorities.
• Find public deal comparisons: published acquisitions with source links and data limitations.

Connect

In Claude, open Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector. Use this site's origin followed by /mcp. Choose no sign-in if asked. For a team workspace, an owner may need to add the connector first. There are no member-only tools in this release.

Limits

Valuations use historical UK methodology and approximate static FX, not live market pricing. Public transaction prices are not automatically enterprise values or comparable to a smaller business. No confidential member deals, account records, purchases or payments are available. No transactions can be executed. Confirm inputs and verify source material before relying on a result.

Deal data is read from a cached published-deal snapshot. Results show the snapshot date; stale data is flagged and data older than seven days is refused. Rate limits and service outages can temporarily prevent results.
